Applied Biomechanics is Guelph’s first full-time clinic providing custom foot orthotics, custom orthopedic and neuromuscular bracing for children and adults, cranial molding helmets, canine (dog) bracing, orthopedic footwear, and compression stockings. We are proud to be the only Accredited Facility in the Guelph or Wellington County, as designated by Orthotics Prosthetics Canada (OPC).

Children require unique custom bracing solutions that take into account all aspects of a child’s development, activity level, and individual mobility needs. Braces for children can be fit for any part of the body, but most commonly for the lower extremities.
Our custom foot orthotics are made in our on-site lab using 3D, high-definition laser imaging of your feet, and computer-aided design and manufacturing (CAD/CAM) of the orthotic itself.

Compression socks and stockings are specialized apparel worn to improve blood flow and reduce swelling. With a wide array of colours and styles to choose from, our compression stockings are both stylish and functional.
